It’s our turn for another major fundraising event to support our community. Funds raised through previous casinos have gone towards the Larkspur multi-purpose rink & building, various playground builds & re-builds – including Silverberry and Velma E Baker – along with future playground projects like Kittlitz Park. Donations have also been made to the Parent Associations of Velma E Baker Elementary School and Father Michael Troy Junior High School.

The Meadows Community League has been assigned February 24 & 25, 2018 (Saturday & Sunday) at the new Grand Villa Casino (10204 104 Ave NW, Edmonton).  All positions will be provided a $150 voucher. Your casino voucher may be redeemed for any TMCL program or for any not-for-profit (NFP) organization with a gaming license.

Below is a list of positions for each day including the time commitment required. If you’re not familiar with the duties of each position, descriptions are attached . Those noted as “Key” positions, will need to authorize the AGLC to undertake a criminal record check. Volunteers must have a current membership. If you need to purchase one, please contact our membership director, Cole Korucz at: membership@themeadowscommunity.ca
